In 1947, James Raymond Dicks and his brother Carl Dicks opened their respective hardware stores in Lakeland, Florida and Plant City Florida. Both with a understanding of customer service and the wiliness to help their customers with all their home repairs and improvements.

Fast forward 70 plus years and today 7th generation James Dicks Jr, is providing home improvements thru the DIX brand across multiple verticals for both residential and commercial thats including home backup generators, for backup power, HVAC sales and service.
